CANCELLATION POLICY

Once registration is processed, the deposit and any tuition paid is fully refundable, if enrollment changes are made by March 1st.

After March 1st, if the camper subsequently fails to attend, withdraws, experiences incomplete attendance for any reason, or is dismissed, no refund, transfer of any deposit or tuition will be made. If the child withdraws for any reason after March 1st, we will credit the loss of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per week) for the summer of 2018.

Switching weeks is possible at any time, without penalty, as long as there is availability in the camper’s age group.
