Updated Billing Policy

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are all watching the information on COVID-19 change daily, we are still optimistically planning and looking forward to the 2020 Camp season.

If for any reason we cannot offer camp this summer, we want to reassure you that we will relax our refund policy.   We would issue a full refund or credit to the summer of 2021 (your choice) of any money you have already paid (this includes deposits and any tuition).

We wanted to make you aware of the billing changes we are making, to help alleviate some of the angst and worry at this time.
For families who have chosen the 3 payment plan (originally scheduled for March, April and May):
The final 2 installments will be due:  May 5th and June 9th
For families who have chosen the pay in full option (originally scheduled for May 5th):
The final payment will be due June 9th.
