2027 Dates

Our program will be offered in two-week sessions, which cannot be split. This will help provide better consistency, safety, and program quality. A $200 deposit per session will be required at the time of registration. The deposit amount is applied toward the total tuition and is payable by echeck or credit card.

Session 1:     June 28 – July 9 (no camp Monday, July 5)
Session 2:     July 12 – July 23
Session 3:     July 26 – August 6
Session 4:     August 9 – August 20 (camp closes at noon Friday, August 20)

Priority registration is for our returning families ONLY, starting November 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Registration for new families (and returning families can still register, as space is available) starts December 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

Extended Day: AM and PM Care
AM Care: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.: $95/week or $25/day
PM Care: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: $120/week or $35/day (snack provided)

Extended Day: Stay and Play
2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Campers only): $35/day

Campers from the Owls Nest through campers entering 2nd grade have the option of staying in their nests or groups until 4 p.m. on a daily or weekly basis. Campers remain in their groups with their counselors and friends and participate in a free swim and an extra activity block.

These add-on programs are available daily or weekly. You may sign up for AM/PM care or Stay & Play while registering your camper or at a later date by calling or emailing the camp office. There are no capacities for the AM/PM care program.

Bus Transportation

All of our buses are equipped with seat belts.
Nobles Day Camp provides bus transportation, either one-way or round-trip, to the following locations:

Brookline:  Baker School, Brookline High School

Medfield:  Blake Middle School

Needham:  DeFazio Park, Mitchell School, Newman School, Sunita Williams School

Newton/Waban:  Waban Library

Wellesley:  Wellesley High School

Westwood:  Thurston Middle School

Bus Fee per session:

$95/one-way or $190/round trip per family with one camper

$100/one-way or $200/round trip per family with two campers

$105/one way or $210/round trip per family with 3+ campers

Please know that we do not profit from our transportation charges.

2027 Bus Schedule

Seats on the bus are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. As we have set bus capacities, we recommend registering for the bus when you enroll your camper for camp, as many campers were waitlisted last summer. You can also sign up for a bus at a later date by emailing or calling the camp office.

Lunch

Campers may purchase lunch from our dining services or bring a picnic lunch to camp.
Our lunches are offered Monday through Thursday for all ages (all camp cookout on Friday). Lunch is a weekly option and is not offered by the day. For our traveling campers entering grades 8 and 9, lunch will only be provided on non-trip days. Lunch includes either a hot entrée, a sandwich, or a wrap. Fruit and a snack item are included with lunch.

Financial Aid and Discounts

FINANCIAL AID

Our goal is to help as many children as possible attend Nobles Day Camp. We have limited funds for camper assistance. The financial assistance ranges from 5% to 50% off the session tuition rate. To accommodate the maximum number of children, we may only be able to offer assistance for one session. We can offer a sliding-scale fee for the following sessions: Session 1, June 28 – July 9th (no camp on Monday, July 5), or Session 4, August 9 – August 20 (camp ends at noon on Friday, August 20).

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Completed applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis from February 1 to April 1, provided space is still available. The deadline to submit the application, 2026 1040 tax form, and two 2026 pay stubs is April 1. Call the camp office if you have any questions.

 Discount

Sibling Discount

For families with three or more enrolled campers, a 10% discount will be applied to the camper with the lowest tuition. Please note that the sibling discount applies only to the third sibling (and any additional siblings beyond the third sibling).

 

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY 

Please read carefully!

    • A $200 deposit per session is required to register each camper.  This is applied to your tuition balance.   The deposit is refundable until January 6th or within 30 days of the registration date, whichever is more beneficial. The refundable deposit may also be utilized towards another enrolled session within this period.
    • After January 6th, or 30 days from the registration date, any canceled sessions will forfeit the $200 deposit per session. The forfeited deposit(s) cannot be applied to other enrolled sessions.
    •  If you have one child (or more) enrolled and one child (or more) waitlisted for the same session, we will extend the deadline for non-refundable deposits to February 15th.
    • Tuition is due by April 22, 2027.
    • All other tuition* is refundable until April 22, 2027. (*Each camper’s $200 deposit per session is non-refundable).
    • After April 22, 2027, if you choose to withdraw your child from any or all sessions, no credits or refunds will be given (this includes tuition and all additional option fees, including transportation).
