HOW TO APPLY
Thank you for considering Nobles Day Camp for your summer employment. Nobles Day Camp is a great place to work with a very high staff return rate, and we love welcoming a large group of new staff to our community every year.
Camp staff members are selected from the surrounding communities. Many are teachers at various public and independent schools, parents, as well as college and high school students who have proven experience working with children.
We take pride in hiring a dedicated, energetic, and diverse staff. Our staff must love working with children and understand their responsibility to be positive role models for our campers. You will help campers learn to enjoy recreational activities in an inclusive and supportive environment, respect the rights of others, and take positive risks in a fun and caring environment.
We are currently seeking staff who are at least 18 years old* or will graduate from high school by June 29, 2026. We prefer a commitment for all eight weeks of camp, as well as the pre-season training dates. However, we would consider a six- to seven-week commitment for certain positions. However, priority will be given to applicants who can commit to 7-8 weeks of the summer.
* This does not apply to our 2025 CITs who are eligible to be junior counselors.
* 16- & 17-year-old applicants may still apply, as we may have limited positions available.
Pre-season training is mandatory. These dates will be published in January, but will occur in the first 3 weeks of June.
All new applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Parents have the right to review background check policies, health care policies, discipline policies, and grievance procedures upon request.
Nobles Day Camp is an equal opportunity employer.
