Final Camp Tuition is Due by May 5th, but did you know you can pay for camp at any time up to that point through your CampInTouch account? Pick and choose what works for you:
- Frequent, smaller payments (no minimums, as often as you want)
- 3 Payment Plan (automatically drawn from your bank account March, April and May)
- One final payment
Any registrations, or additional options (adding a week, AM or PM Care, lunch, bus transportation, etc) will require payment in full after May 5th.
Though we don’t take credit cards for camp tuition balances, you can add your checking account to your file and we can deduct any amount indicated.
Once registration is processed, the deposit and any tuition paid is fully refundable, if enrollment changes are made by March 1st.
After March 1st, if the camper subsequently fails to attend, withdraws, experiences incomplete attendance for any reason, or is dismissed, no refund, transfer of any deposit or tuition will be made. If the child withdraws for any reason after March 1st, we will credit the loss of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per week) for the summer of 2021.
Switching weeks is possible at any time, without penalty, as long as there is availability in the camper’s age group.
