Our counselors and activity staff are the heart and soul of Nobles Day Camp. They bring enthusiasm and experience. They are teachers, athletes, musicians, artists, dancers, mentors, students and parents. The connections they form with campers and with each other create the close-knit community that keep so many coming back year after year.

I have been working at Nobles since 2006. During the academic school year, I teach kindergarten for Boston Public Schools. I have two children who both attend Nobles Day Camp and love it! My favorite thing about camp is seeing all the kids try new activities every day!
Hi! My name is Robin O’Leary and 2017 is my first year as Co-Head Counselor in the Pink Nest! During the school year, I am a preschool teacher in West Roxbury and love the curious minds preschoolers have. I have a wonderful husband and two boys who will both be attending Nobles Day Camp this summer. The activities at Nobles are amazing and I can’t wait to get my feet wet in the pool!
I have worked as a counselor in the Pink Nest since 2015, after completing the CIT program in 2014. Before that, I was a camper here for 8 years, starting in the 2’s in 2006. I just graduated from Needham High School, where I ran on the cross country and track teams. In the fall, I will attend Northeastern University as a mechanical engineering major. My favorite thing about camp is all the activities we do, and I am really looking forward to meeting all the campers in Pink Nest this year!

I have been working as the Head Counselor in the Orange Nest since 2012. My three boys have also spent their summers here and love coming to camp. Each year I love getting to know all the children. It is sometimes many of our kids’ first time at camp, and I love encouraging them to try new things, be silly and make new friends. I can’t wait to have another great summer!
Welcome! My name is Meghan and I have been working as a counselor in Orange Nest since 2014. I was a camper here at Nobles, and I came back every summer with the highest level of excitement! Outside of Nobles, I am a student at Sacred Heart University majoring in Athletic Training. I plan to go into Physical Therapy. My favorite activity here is Nature! I love going to nature with the kids and exploring and learning new things! I can’t wait to meet all the Orange nest campers. I’m looking forward to an amazing summer!
Hi, my name is Robin Medoff, and I am very excited to be in Orange Nest this year! 2015 was my first year as a counselor, but I was a camper at Nobles Day Camp for four summers, and I was a CIT in the Orange Nest in 2014. Outside of Nobles, I am a student at Newton South High School, and I work in the preschool at Newton South. I love having fun and being silly with the kids. I am looking forward to a great summer!
2017 is my first as a counselor at Nobles Day Camp! I was once a camper in the Owl’s Nest and am excited to return to a place I have such fond memories of. I just graduated from Nobles and will be heading to Harvard College as a freshman in the fall. My favorite thing about camp and what I am most excited about is getting to meet all the campers and sharing many laughs and experiences with them!
Hi! My name is Linda and I have been working at Nobles Day Camp since 2007. Throughout this time my five children and I have been enjoying our summers at Nobles Day Camp. During the school year, I am a Kindergarten Teacher in Weymouth. I have loved working here at Nobles and look forward to returning every summer. My name is Connor McLaughlin. I have been working in the Owl’s Nest since 2013. My favorite activities are Free Swim and Arts & Crafts. When I’m not at camp I am a student at Umass Lowell.
2017 is my first year as a counselor, and I’m really excited for what awaits! I recently just graduated my senior year at Dedham High School and will be attending UMass Dartmouth for nursing this Fall. I am really looking forward to Fun Fridays and Free Swim. I can’t wait to have a fantastic summer and get a chance to meet all the campers!
2017 is my first year working at Nobles Day Camp. Last summer, I completed the C.I.T. program and have been a camper at NDC since 2012. During the school year, I am a student at Dedham High School. My favorite thing about camp is Free Swim! I can’t wait to see what this summer has to hold!
I started working in the Owls Nest in 2011 and I continue to come back for more fun every year! My favorite thing to do at camp is Arts and Crafts, it’s awesome to see the campers different takes on the projects and how proud they are of their work! I am earning my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and I will complete it in February 2018. During the non-camp year, I teach prekindergarten at a preschool! I can’t wait to have lots of fun this summer!
Hi! I started working as a counselor in the Owls Nest in 2013. I took the summer of 2016 off to complete a cosmetology program. During the year I attend Bridgewater State University. I am studying Communication Sciences and Disorders on a path to become a Speech Pathologist. My favorite thing about camp is the fun Fridays. I’m excited for a great summer!
2017 is my first year working at Nobles but I was a camper here when I was in the 2’s 3’s and 4’s. During the year I attend college at Holy Cross. My favorite thing about camp is having fun with the kids.
This will be my first year as a counselor! I was a CIT last year and a camper for three years prior to that. I am a rising senior at Newton South High School. At school, I play field hockey and softball. My favorite thing about camp is trying all the different activities and dressing up for Fun Fridays!
While this is my first summer as a counselor, I have been attending Nobles Day Camp since I was a three years old. Thirteen years as a Nobles camper! I am a rising junior at Milton Academy where I run on the cross country and track teams. I love modern dance and sing in one of Milton Academy’s a capella groups. My favorite activity at camp is Arts and Crafts. I look forward to an exciting summer!
I started at Nobles Day Camp in 2011. During the year I teach 4th, 5th and 6th grade in Boston. I have a 17-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter who have both had the opportunity to attend NDC. My daughter asked me once “Mom, when will you stop working at Nobles?” I answered, “When I stop having fun!” My favorite thing about camp is how much we all laugh and have such a great time! The campers and staff are the best!
Hi, my name is Tom, and I started working at Nobles Day Camp in 2012, but I started here as a camper in 1999 in the Owl’s Nest. During the year I attend Assumption College. I look forward to each Summer. My favorite thing about camp is meeting new campers and owls archery!
2015 was my first summer as a counselor at Nobles Day Camp, but I was a camper here for ten years before that. In the fall, I attend Norwood High School. My favorite things about camp are Swim and Arts and Crafts. I am looking forward to getting to know each of the campers in the Green Nest, and I hope that they enjoy camp as much as I do.
I joined the Nobles Day Camp family in 2016! I love the instant sense of community at Nobles from the first time I walked onto Nobles amazing campus! During the school year, I attend Roger Williams University where I am majoring in Public Health. My favorite part of the day is greeting all of the campers as we get ready and excited for our fun filled days! Each day brings new activities, memories, and lots of laughs for myself and all of my Green Nest friends!
I have the best memories of summers spent at Nobles Day Camp. I first came to Nobles as a camper when I was in fourth grade and began working here when I was in high school. After taking many years off from Nobles, I came back to work in the Owl’s Nest in 2012, when my own children were old enough to spend their summers here. I am the head counselor of the Blue Nest, and my favorite part of the day at camp is swimming lessons (I used to lifeguard many summers ago at NDC!) Outside of Nobles, I work as a registered nurse, and I am also an adjunct professor at Northeastern University.

Hi, my name is Maeve. I started working at Nobles in 2016, but I have been a camper since the 1’s. During the year I go to Dedham High School and dance at K&M Studio. My favorite thing about camp is getting to see the campers and staff every day, and Fun Fridays!

Hi, I’m Heather, and I’ve been working with the OWLS at Nobles Day Camp since 2012. During the school year, I am a third-grade teacher. I have been teaching in the Needham Public Schools for over 20 years. My children also attend Nobles, and each of us loves our time at camp. Each year is filled with new campers, friends, and fun. I always look forward to returning to camp, it’s such a GREAT place to be!
Hello! I started coming to Nobles Day Camp back in 2002 when I was in 2B. I went all the way through the CIT program, and now after 6 years of working at Owls, I still can’t get enough!! Fifteen years has taught me how to have fun at any time, in any situation. I attended Curry College for 2 years while majoring in Communications, but I took a gap year to explore changing my major to Education. My favorite thing about camp would have to be the environment. Walking in every day with people that WANT to be here, that WANT to have fun and WANT to provide a safe, enjoyable camp experience. There’s nothing that I love more than this camp. I cannot imagine a summer without Nobles, I hope this fun never ends!!!
Hi! My name is Alli Kaplan! I graduated from Needham High School in 2016, and I plan on going to Elon University in North Carolina for the next four years. I was a camper for 4 years as well as a CIT in 2013! However, 2016 was my first year as a counselor. My favorite thing about camp is seeing all the campers as well as the smiles on their faces! I started working in the Owl’s Nest in 2014! I have a masters degree in Early Childhood Education, and I teach preschool during the school year. I work with 5-year-olds all year long and absolutely love this age. My favorite part of camp is field sports – I love playing Messy Backyard!

I became a counselor at Nobles in 2016. I was a camper for two years and completed the Nobles Counselor-In-Training program in 2015. I graduated from Westwood High School in June 2017, where I played soccer and tennis. My favorite activities at Nobles are Field Sports and Swimming. Nobles is a great camp, and I enjoy having fun with the kids.
